04 – Wake up & move

A wonderful class to mobilise your body in the morning or after a long day spent seated. You will need a mat and ball for this class. Duration is 46 mins

Starting with some breathing and free movement on the feet – warming up shoulders, knees ankles, roll down into plank, walking out into stretch, but keeping the movement flowing!  Lots of C curve abdominals with the ball for some support and feedback through the lower spine. Roll ups with some different variations.  Some side lying legs with the ball for support. Some lovely stretching to open up through the chest, lots of spinal extension good if you’re sitting over a computer all day.
