The Pilates benefits

At The Pilates Suite you will enjoy a peaceful environment, supported by an experienced instructor who is dedicated to making each Pilates session effective, enjoyable and exactly right for your needs.
Our Pilates sessions are either privately one-to-one or may be shared with a maximum of three people. We also offer BarreConcept in a group of maximum 7 people.
